Oldson seed farm (factory)
The Oldsons have a small farm that cultivates the seed of the Deema plant, the seeds are really quite sought after and can command a very good price
However the harvesting and cultivation is a massive pain as it is, so having to worry about the local wildlife eating the crop can send a man to an early grave!
