For Our EU Customers



The UK left the EU on the 31st of January 2020

During the Transition Period it remained in the EU Customs Union and EU VAT area

As such all EU orders could be sent without VAT and a handling fee being levied on them by the postal services

From the 1st of January 2021 all EU orders are likely to have VAT and a handling fee added, which will be collected by your postal service

From the 1st of January 2021, We would advise all EU customers placing orders to expect the following

VAT being levied at your local rate and collected by your postal service

A handling fee being levied and collected by your postal service

It is the customer’s role to be aware of any charges that may be due on import into your respective countries

Do not order in expectation of avoiding these costs

Do not ask Cp models to undervalue packages on customs declarations, nor to mark them as ‘gifts’

Do not expect VAT to be deducted when you place an order with Cp models as we are not VAT registered therefore VAT is not paid at the point of sale by any customer but VAT may still be levied on import into your country

We would like to let you all know that we continue to be open for business throughout this new lock-down

The only problem we can see is the limited amount of postal trips we can do, we will use online services where possible for UK orders but this is not practical for international and recorded post

So please bear with us as there might be a slight delay in postage times
